The Future Innovators Program is designed to help high school students turn their ideas into action and develop the skills to become tomorrow's innovators and leaders.
Whether you join our 4-week adventure or jump into a 1-day sprint, you'll move from concept to creation, building skills in ideation, problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation. Our full program culminates in a Pitch Ceremony where students showcase their innovations with the opportunity to receive a $2,500 Momentum Grant to launch their vision.
Through hands-on workshops, personalized mentorship from industry leaders, and real-world application, young innovators gain the tools and confidence they need to bring their visions to life.

The framework students actually use
"In [area], [who] is affected by [problem] because [root cause], and it matters because [impact]."
Every team writes and rewrites this sentence until it holds up. It forces students past "this is annoying" and into naming who is hurt, why it happens, and what changes if nobody acts.
How the Program Runs
Three working sessions and a Pitch Day
Mindset, Problem & Early Solutions
Students discover their strengths, walk the neighborhood to look at it with fresh eyes, identify problems worth solving, form teams, and start shaping solution directions.
Agile Mastery Lab
Teams learn to work the way real product teams do, using Agile and Scrum to organize their approach, assign roles, and build momentum.
Solution & Story
Teams finalize their solution and build the pitch narrative, including the personal story behind why they care about this problem.
Pitch Day
Teams present their problem and solution to a panel of judges, competing for the $2,500 Momentum Grant.

The Program in Action
Students don't pitch hypotheticals. They pitch problems they live with.
Students walk their own neighborhood, name a problem worth solving, and build a solution with a team. By Pitch Day they have done the work of a founder: research, a plan, and the nerve to defend it in front of a room of adults who are actually listening.
The winning pitch receives a $2,500 Momentum Grant that goes straight into the project. One pitch wins, but the whole cohort builds it, so every student finishes the program working on something real.
